TERMS OF PURCHASE – AIRSOFT.SI

1. INTRODUCTION

These terms of purchase govern the rules and conditions for purchasing products on the AIRSOFT.SI website, operated by:

By placing an order on AIRSOFT.SI, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. ORDER AND CONTRACT FORMATION

  • An order is considered finalized when the buyer places an order and receives a confirmation email.

  • In case of pricing or stock errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Stripe (credit/debit cards)

  • PayPal

  • Google Pay

  • Cash on delivery

  • Bank transfer

For bank transfers, payment must be made within 3 business days; otherwise, the order will be canceled.

4. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING TIME

We deliver products to Slovenia and nearby European countries. Shipping methods:

  • Pošta Slovenije

  • Personal pickup (by prior arrangement)

Delivery time:

  • In-stock items: shipped within 24 hours

  • Special items (Pentagon Tactical, Polarstar, Ecocrew, etc.): delivery time 1-2 weeks

5. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW (RETURNS AND EXCHANGES)

  • Buyers have the right to return a product within 14 days without stating a reason.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

  • The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

6. WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS

  • The warranty period is specified for each product individually.

  • Product defects must be reported within 8 days of receipt.

  • Complaints due to improper use will not be recognized.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Minya Aquet d.o.o. is not responsible for improper use of the products.

  • We do not take responsibility for injuries resulting from misuse or modification of products.

  • All products must be used in accordance with legal regulations.

8. AGE RESTRICTION

  • The purchase of airsoft replica weapons is allowed only for individuals aged 16 and above.

  • If the buyer is under 16, the purchase must be made by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Younger buyers may only make a purchase with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

9. LEGAL RESTRICTIONS ON USE

  • The buyer is responsible for complying with local laws regarding the use and possession of airsoft equipment.

  • AIRSOFT.SI is not liable for any legal consequences resulting from non-compliance with local regulations.

10. SAFETY WARNINGS

  • Airsoft replicas are NOT real firearms but can cause injuries if misused.

  • We recommend using protective gear such as goggles, masks, and gloves.

  • The use of airsoft weapons is prohibited in public places except in designated fields or private locations with the owner's permission.

11. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS FOR MODIFICATIONS

  • Any modifications to airsoft replicas (e.g., FPS adjustments, removal of safety markings) are at the buyer's own risk.

  • The warranty does not cover modified or improperly used products.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

  • These terms are effective as of March 15, 2025.

  • Minya Aquet d.o.o. reserves the right to change the terms without prior notice.
